The idea behind the BFSI India Leadership Conclave was simple - to bring the right people into one room and create conversations that genuinely matter.
India’s financial sector is undergoing an extraordinary transformation. Banking is evolving, capital markets are deepening, mutual funds are expanding, NBFCs are reaching new segments, insurance is becoming more inclusive, and technology is fundamentally changing the way financial services are delivered.
I conceptualised the BFSI India Leadership Conclave because I felt there was a need for a platform that brings leaders from these different segments of the financial ecosystem together – not merely for an event, but for meaningful dialogue, exchange of ideas and long-term relationships. For me, the Conclave is not about the number of people in the room. It is about who is in the room, what they discuss, and what value those conversations can create.
My vision is to build the BFSI India Leadership Conclave into a credible annual platform where some of India’s most respected MDs, CEOs, entrepreneurs and institutional leaders can come together to discuss the opportunities, challenges and ideas shaping the future of Indian finance.
Ultimately, I want this platform to contribute, in its own way, to a stronger, more innovative and more inclusive financial ecosystem for India.
